CASH BOND PAYMENTS: If you plan to use cash as an option for security / bond deposit, please not this can only be done with official & valid photo identification, in the same name as the original booking name. The cash bond will only be refunded when your apartment has been inspected by the hotel manager (please be aware this may delay your departure) during front desk operational times. We require the following credit card bond (pre-auth) on arrival. |

45-minutes drive from Sydney City. In the heart of the business centre of Parramatta. We are located directly on the Rivercat (Ferry) terminal on Phillip Street. |
| Check-in Procedure: |
Check in time is between 1400 and 1900 hours (2pm - 7pm) with reception. For arrivals after 7pm report to security guard on duty.
**A bond will be required upon check-in of AUD 200.00 for Studio and One Bedroom Apartments and AUD 500.00 for Two and Three Bedroom Apartments, which will be refunded upon departure.**

Secure under cover car parking is available at $15.00 per vehicle per night and is limited and subject to availability.
Maximum one (1) car per unit.
Car Park entrance is located in George Street. Please use intercom to contact reception desk.

Sofa-bed available @ $50.00 extra per night.
Rates are quoted per room for advertised maximum number of guests per apartment. However we do not have rollaway beds or cots, please contact the property directly to arrange hiring of a baby cot.
