"We appreciated an upgrade to room 2502 as I have stayed at Mandarin for the past 30 years. However, the room is well overdue for refurbishing, and disappointed me somewhat.
1. Plaster peeling off walls.
2. Bedside table and desktops chipped and stained.
3. Shower leaking contantly.
4. Some electric switches malfunctioning.
