"Really good value for the price- considering location , which is maybe not a prime one, but with a little effort you can walk to Mongkok main shopping area. "The standard room is kind of small for 2 adults and 2 kids. It's clean with basic facilities such as kettle, hair-dryer and internet access. The shuttle bus service is good, otherwise you need to walk about 10-15mins to the nearest MTR and shopping attraction. It is also quite nearby the train station if you want to go Shenzhen." - Thian Khoon Teh

"I managed to get a last minute offer on this hotel but I think I would have been really dissappointed if I had paid the full price. I had to request a change of rooms as the first one that I was given was in a really bad state. There was a really bad stench in the room due to dampness, so bad that I don't think it would have passed a health and safety check. The second room that I was given wasn't as bad but the smell of dampness was still there. Cleaniness was average, bedsheets were still smelling of the last persons tiger balm. Luckily I had twin bedroom and the other one was okay. Buffet breakfast wasn't great, the only thing worth eating were the pastries. Free internet access was a bonus but the cable for the ADSL line was missing from my room and I had ask for one to be sent up. Location was okay, 10-15mins to get to a subway station. All in all, it was okay for a last minute offer but it is not a hotel I would choose to stay in again." - Anonymous
