"It was a very quiet time when we arrived so we got our room at 9:00am and had one of the better rooms in the hotel. Nice touch having small chocolates on the bed when we got in the room. If you have the windows open there is a lot of noise in the morning rush hour which starts around 6:30. Staff very helpfull. The hotel is about five minutes from the main attractions, also the number 2 bus pulls in just a few metres down the road from the hotel if you are coming from the airport. I would score this hotel as an 8 out of 10. Nice cold breakfast in the morning also." - david allen

"The staff in the Mozart Hotel were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our three-night stay able to recommend attractions and Salzburg highlights. The Hotel is only 5 min walking distance to the Mirabell Palace and 10 min to the old town with shops and Restaurants. We can recommend to book a sight-seeing tour with the reception as the tour guide will pick you up at the Hotel and drive you to the tour bus. I absolutely loved the the comfortable pillows and duvets that put me to sleep in no time and my boyfriend couldnt get enough of the fried eggs in the morning: they were delicious." - Jeanne Owens
"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a late night train to catch on Oct 20 so while we had checked out earlier in the day, the staff let us wait at in the living room and even turned on the TV for us to watch when we returned for our bags and still had time to spare!" - Shirley Tan
