"We felt My Kinh Hotel Hanoi was not up to standard. It was not very clean, facilities were in dis-repair and the staff unco-operative! They were not even aware of our booking! We went on to stay at cheaper Hotels, where facilities and service were over and above that of this place! " - Anonymous
"Please do remove this hotel from your list. Pictures on the website have nothing to do with the real hotel. It's very dirty, old...really bad, not to mention we went out, came back at 11pm and we found the hotel completely closed, had to knock very hard to finally wake up the "receptionist" who was sleeping in the hallway.
