"I thought it was nice, and very clean, and the staff we friendly and welcoming.
The only things I didn't like was the noise from outside.
I mostly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Everything was good, except the mushrooms. They had that amonia taste and smeill, which comes from been kept in plastic (covered in gladwrap maybe), and they had sweated." - Catherine Murray

"Restaurant is very poor, although the breakfast food was good. It's more like a small works' canteen! Some rooms are very good but the whole hotel needs to be refurbished and brought up-to-date. But it IS excellently situated and at a reasonable price - close to Sky Tower, shopping streets and Coach Station and in walking distance of the harbour area. On a busy main street but tour buses do pick-up there. Many small places to eat and a small store, stocking food, milk, drinks, etc. is next to the hotel. Hotel will store luggage while you are away on an extended tour FOC. Small internet room and links in rooms. Desk staff helpful. Would definitely stay there again" - Anonymous

We are a comfortable 3.5 star hotel open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week and are located in the heart of Auckland's CBD. Only 1 minute walk to Queen Street, 2 minutes walk to Sky City and 10 minutes walk to the viaduct harbour. Shopping, entertainment, theatres, restaurants, local and national transport are located just a stones throw from our front door.

Catch either the Super Shuttle or Airbus departing from outside the arrivals gate at the airport every 20 minutes. Both shuttles will drop you near our front door.
If driving:
From South: Enter Auckland City via Nelson Street, then turn left on Victoria Street West. We are located on the left on Victoria Street West between Queen Street and Albert Street.
From North: Enter Auckland City via Fanshawe Street, turn right into Hobson Street, then turn left into Victoria Street West. We are located on the left on Victoria Street West between Queen Street and Albert Street. |
