"When booking I asked for car parking, when I arrived it was not alocated, 50% of parking was taken up by permanant parks, leaving guest to find their own parking around the cornor or on the street at their own cost and was told that nothing could be done. I also asked for a non smoking room, which it was but could smell smoke in the room, it was hot so I put the airconditoner on the room was fulled with the smell smoke from other rooms. I did write on the evaluation form of my time their and will not go back." - Anonymous
