"We enjoyed opur stay at the Novotel Citygate. The room was extremely well designed and furnished, with great views. In particular we found the attitude of the staff to be helpful and responsive, and nothing was a problem. This attitude was particularly appreciated as we arrived with only the clothes we were wearing, all our luggage having been lost in transit from Paris. The desk staff volunteered to chase up the airline baggage section to facilitate the early return of our luggage, which is what did happen. We would recommend the Novotel Citygate very highly for travellers who need to stay in close proximity to the airport." - Peter Romey
