"Great location w/fabulous city & river views. First room had air conditioning trouble but staff moved us to another (better) room for the remaining week which was perfect. Some remodeling going on but did not intrude in any significant way. Close to everything!" - Allen Phillips
"Taxi driver could not find hotel. Maitance not upheld. Bathroom towel rail missing, taps falling off. ironing board did not have a undercover. Picture hook on wall no picture. Room service did not exist although it was mentioned on the info service on television. Housekeeping inconsitant, one day room done properly, next day simply changed towels, pulled up sheets, cover or cusions not placed. No milk, no tea, Cups and glasses never washed.
