"The service overall is good. They would pick you up from the airport with pre-arrangement. The staff is friendly. If you need to leave for overnight trips outside of Hanoi, they would keep your bigger luggage until your return. I gave a bad rating for cleanliness because I got flea bites on my legs and arms as a result of my stay. Overall, the room is ok. " - Anonymous
