"Wi-fi access to internet should be provided inside guest room. Lobby enviroment is not comfortable for private internet access. Do not provide power plug converter for guest from Malaysia to charge up electric appliance. Hotel management should stop taxi driver in getting extra "fixed" service charge or tips when fetching guests to airport. Toilet cleanliness is under satisfaction (smelly), no body/hair shampoo & hair dryer provided. " - Yvonne Choong
