"Average...average...average...nothing special. These are serviced apartments and not a hotel. Large room, small kitchen, microwave etc I would consider staying again if the price was better and we were staying a month or more. Location is just a little bit too far down the broken narrow sidewalks from Sukhumvit. If large noisy (mostly middle eastern - women in all black etc) family groups are a big turn off then avoid. Also since some posters see unaware - Soi 4 is also home to Nana Plaza and all that that entails in terms of bars, go-go bars; bar girls and drunks - mostly harmless but again if that bothers you - avoid the area.
