"Most staff are not friendly except for all the bell boys. They are very helpful and smiling. But when it comes to the reception and restaurant, they are not friendly at all. I was not told where to take my lift to my room and where my breakfast is. Worst of all, there is no complimentary drinking water in the room and i was waked up at 5:30am by hotel engineer, just to ask me whether I make a complaint regarding my room electrical items." - Anonymous
