"I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Brunei. Their service, friendliness and cleanliness are excellent. They have free airport transfers and free shuttle buses to Downtown and Gadong.
Even though we stayed in a room that allows smoking, the room was very clean and there was no smok smell. Breakfast was typical for this type of hotel, so no complaints.

"We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed our holiday. The location is between the airport and the city. The hotel provides a shuttle service to/from the airport upon request, and provides daily services to the city and shopping district of Gadong. We also used the local bus service (5min walk to bus stop from hotel) which we found to be cheap, reliable and safe, well worth taking local bus trips around district. Service provided by hotel staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Added benefits - room service was good quality and great value. Spa and Massage facilities also good quality and great value. Personal preference would be to order al la carte rather than buffet from restaurant. Generally the decor of the hotel is a little 'tired' but still clean and well serviced. Would recommend staying at this hotel to others. Good stop over hotel between flights and for families.
