"The convenience of the location of this motel, placed as it is on a very busy corner, does result in a little traffic noise. This slight annoyance is well and truly outweighed by its proximity to the excellent tram service whose stop is almost outside the door. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the excellent continental breakfast provided in the dining room allows for conversation with other guests. " - John Casey

"The room had a heater which was good plus extra blanket and pillows. However the room could do with a thorough dust and walls cleaned. The breakfast room lacked enough cutlery, bowls, glasses etc. As the hotel was heavily booked we waited for these items to be washed before we could eat." - Anonymous
