"This hotel itself is quite a clean and reasonable hotel. But it is situated jut next to a love motel alley, so you will not find that the environment of this hotel is very clean or very safe." - Anonymous
"Great stay at this budget, yet very very clean hotel in Osaka.
Highly recommended for business travelers and anyone looking to have a clean room to stay in for the night.
The facilities were average, but if you don't plan to be spending your day in your room, this is for you.
Be warned though, the hotel is in the middle of the local 'love hotel' area. However in saying that, I had no concerns about my safety whats so ever, just some people might find it off putting, or people with kids.
The location was super convenient, 1 min walk to 7/11 and 5 min walk to Ju So Station ( 2 stops from central Osaka stations and Umeda), with plenty of cheap restaurants within walking distance.
The staffs english was OK, and there was free internet access in the lobby.
One complaint was I could hear kids jumping around on the floor above." - John Chen
"Room was quite spacious for a Japanese hotel." - Anonymous
"Nice and clean hotel with reasonably large rooms (for Japanese standards). Bit old fashioned building and furniture. Rooms are well equipped and serviced daily. Staff is very friendly and mostly could use some English. Free internet connection available in entry lobby. We did not use restaurants because we were out for most of the day, but they seem to be reasonably priced (buffet breakfast $10). Location is convenient - 5min walk to railway (not JR though) and safe although there are quite few (decent) love-hotels in the area as well as pubs/bars. Guests were mostly locals - families as well as couples and business people and groups. We (me and wife and two teenagers) enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would recommend it to others." - Dejan Simovic
