"I have to admit that Patong was really not for me however Poppa Palace was the saving grace of my few days stay. A really nice hotel which still had that 'new' smell around it. Although it was up a side street and surrounded by the mayhem that's Patong, Poppa Palace was a haven of tranquility. The rooms were excellent, the pool although shady most of the day was great, the breakfasts were excellent and the service was friendly and efficient. If I ever found myself in Patong again I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel. " - Scott Palmer
