Single beds and balconies are not available in the One Bedroom apartments. Please be aware that Queen Street building of Quest Fairfax House has seperate entrance from Little Collins Street and there are stairs into the entrance area from street level. If a cot is required, these may be requested on booking at $5.00 per night.

Two Bedroom Apartment
The Two Bedroom Apartments are situated in a double storey floor plan. Downstairs the apartments boast the full kitchen, a single bathroom and laundry facilities. They include spacious living areas perfect for long term stays, families or groups. Upstairs feature two large bedrooms and the main bathroom. Some apartments also have balconies; these cannot be guaranteed on booking. If a cot is required, these may be requested on booking at $5.00 per night.
The Two Bedroom Apartment can accommodate 4 people in existing bedding (the bedding can be either a queen & double or a queen & 2 single beds) or a maximum of 5 by utilising sofa or rollaway beds at a cost of $30 per bed, per night. Please be aware that we guarantee a certain type of bedding.
