"Staff on reception were very friendly, helpful & gave good ideas and suggestions about the local area when asked. We ate in the Outback Restaurant and also found the staff very friendly and helpful and super efficient, always cleaning and clearing, re-stocking and attending to requests quickly. I also enjoyed the fact they worked autonomously - without a supervisor barking instructions at them - this is not pleasant to hear when you are on holidays. Staff overall also appeared genuinely happy which is a positive sign for Management and Managements' handling of staff. Facilities were excellent, room was great.
