"We booked a superior suite, thinking it would be a good room. The room was dark, old and dreary and had dirty carpets, torn and dirty wallpaper. It had an interleading door and every sound from the next room could be heard. Staff were very helpful and put us in a much better room the next day. The views are amazing.
