"I used the room service to get a menu for breakfast, I was missing some items so I called to claim them, the person who attended me was far from polite blamming me for not requesting the items myself, when in fact I was ordering a set up menu, he did not appologized, I did not expect this treat in a 5 start hotel. By reception they were clearly missing staff to take care of the suitcases, there was only one person, obviously stress out. In terms of room condition, the shower was loosing water by the tap and all bathroom end up full of water everywhere, there was one missing bulb, there was a whole left on the ceiling, then again we are talking of a five start hotel otherwise I would not bother about this details, but sometimes you just want to get a special treatment and that's why you upgrade your holidays, no?
