"if you are on a budget and just looking for a place to rest and sleep after a long day of vatican tour,this is the right place to stay. However the rooms need some renovations especially the bathrooms.Items posted on the internet are not available (ie hairdryer, coffee maker, iron/board). Breakfast consists of beverage and pastries (chocolate croissant)is great!" - Anonymous
"If you are on a budget and is looking for a place to rest/sleep this residence hotel is fine however, the rooms needed renovations especially the bathroom. You can smell the septic once you open the room. Items listed on the ad (ie iron/board,hairdryers) are not available. we stayed for 4 days and our linens and towels were never changed. Otherwise, breakfast croissant (chocolate) was good and walking distance to the vatican." - Anonymous

A warm Italian welcome awaits you at our family run hotel.
We are located in the centre of Rome, just 100 metres from St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museum and Rome's main attractions are just a short walk away.
We are in front of exit D subway Ottaviano/S.Pietro. The hotel is on the first floor, our rooms are available with private or shared bathroom (budget).
The hotel has recently been redecorated, the rooms are spacious,scrupulously clean and comfortable. We can organize tours and visits on request, and we are happy to offer our help in making your stay in Rome a memorable one.
