Surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, the Grand Mercure Hunter Valley Gardens provides a vast array of accommodation types and facilities to suit many individual tastes and budgets.
Comprising of 72 guestrooms, Grand Mercure Hunter Valley Gardens offers an indulgent selection of 4 1/2 star twin, queen and king deluxe rooms, family rooms and suites designed to allow our guests to enjoy the ambience of relaxed luxury.
Each room is beautifully appointed and opens out to a private balcony or courtyard, taking in the wonderful Valley views and magnificent gardens surrounding the property. Guests can avail themselves of our tennis courts, resort-style swimming pool, sauna, spa, the Lodge library and many other facilities.
All rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning, refrigerator, mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities, remote controlled television, iron & ironing board, hairdryer and international direct-dial telephones. Disabled facilities are available in some of our Deluxe rooms.
Wireless Broadband Access is available from the Lodge Library for $5.00 per hour, provided guests use their own laptop.

Cross the Harbour Bridge & follow signs to Newcastle & Nth Coast via F3 Fwy. From Wyong it is approx. a 50 min. drive to Cessnock. F3 Fwy all the way looking out for signs for Vineyards via Cessnock. LEFT at Cessnock follow this Rd looking out for signs to Cessnock. Once past Mulbring LEFT exit to Cessnock & Branxton. This Rd will lead you directly to Cessnock along Aberdare Rd. At the end of Aberdare Rd there is a set of traffic lights, turn RIGHT into Vincent St. Follow Vincent St to the end & turn LEFT at traffic lights into Wollombi Rd. RIGHT at the next set of traffic lights into Wine Country Dr. (Cessnock pool on the left and McDonalds on the right) Follow Wine Country Dr until you see Cessnock Airport on the left. Next LEFT turn into Broke Rd. Follow Broke Rd for approx 3 kim until you reach a T-intersection. LEFT at intersection into McDonalds Rd & a quick RIGHT into Broke Rd. The entrance to the Grand Mercure Hunter Valley Gardens is the first drive way on your LEFT. |
