"Have used hotel before but was very disappointed to find the room I got was much smaller than anticipated and was actually on the interior of the building (looked out over walkway and lobby of hotel). Definitely not what I had experienced before. Also found out on arrival breakfast was not included (thought it was).
Rooms are also not being maintained as well as they could....still a lovely hotel but they need to ensure that the place doesn't start to get run down like so many other locations in Bangkok." - Anonymous
