"Lobby is in the basement. If you have a big luggage you need to take THE SLOWEST elevator in Brussels (maybe in the world) down. Buffet breakfast is good, breakfast area is spacious and clean. Room size typical European. 'Technical Service' is very creative. When I complained about the A/C not working, they open the windows for me. A quick (but noisy) solution.
