"The studio though nicely furnished was tiny and compared to other places that we have stayed at nearby did not represent good value. The managers were unfriendly and unhelpful. There is a note on the kitchenette wall saying that washing up and putting out of rubbish is not included in the tariff and a $20 charge applies if these are not done. However, there is no dishwasher - just a tiny sink - which makes washing up very challenging. With the extensive choice of accommodation in the area, we will not be returning to Twin Quays. If driving to Noosa via the Bruce Highway (from either the north or the south) take the Noosa Heads-Eumundi exit and then follow Eumundi Road all the way into Noosaville and on to Gympie Terrace which runs along the river. Twin Quays is located just off Gympie Terrace on Albert Street. The Mobil service station is on the corner of Gympie and Albert. Bus shuttles run from Brisbane Airport which will drop you at our door. Contact reception for details. |
