"Had booked a suite with two Queen sized beds but when we went to the room there was just one double. As I was travelling with a Colleague we did not wish to share a bed and it was reasonably troublesome sorting out a room. The front person at the hotel had it oted that the room was no longer avaliabel but di not inform us of this until after we had questioned the room we were given. other incidents of poor service occurred during our stay alo. Getting There:

From Auckland City and North: follow SH20A toward the airport on George Bolt Memorial Drive. Turn right at Montgomerie Road lights, then left into Richard Pearse Drive, then left into Airpark.

From Manukau and South: follow directions to Auckland Airport and turn right into George Bolt Memorial Drive. Turn left at Montgomerie Road lights, then left into Richard Pearse Drive, then left into Airpark.

We operate a 24-hour shuttle service to and from the Airport. Services run on the half-hour, and are on demand. Bookings are required especially for early morning transfers.
