"We had a 4 persoson room, that was very small and nothing like the photographs. defenity still needed to be decorated." - Eva de Jong
"The bathroom lacked a towel bar (the holders were there but the bar was missing. In addition, one of the two windows had lost its blind. When I drew these matters to the attention of the hotel desk, late in the afternoon, they were responded to immediately. We did not expect them to be remedied that day and made that clear; on our return the following day, both were replaced, and indeed, the blind on the other window had been tightened so that it rolled down much better. THAT is service one does not often get so promptly! )" - Joan Gauthier
"The location was fantastic, had a view of Central Park from window and could see Times Sq oustside door of hotel. The reception staff were busy and consequently not very friendly or helpful. It would have been nice to have had coffee making facilities in the room and also at the price we paid breakfast should have been included." - Rachel McKay
"room was too hot, the alarm clock made an annoying noise every few minutes, and a dress drawer was broken. There are no vending machines or washers/dryers. the location is OUTSTANDING - subway stop right outside the door." - Anonymous
