"The hote is clean,fine and staff very polite, friendly and efficient even most of them don't speak English.
I have to say that our room number 2425 was a bit small for a four stars category hotel.
It would be great to create smoke and non smoke areas, It is not nice to have breakfast while some people smoke.
If you want to enjoy the West Lake hotel location it is not good:
-takes 30 by taxi (70 RMB)
-Takes 1 hour by bus (there is only one, number 315) plus 10-15 minutes to get the bus station by walking from the hotel.
-during national holydays bus is too much busy and you can't get a seat during the trip." - DAVID FONTAINE
