"Pleasant location in pedestrian area near restaurants etc. Handy parking." - RICHARD JACKSON
"A very good value for money motel and the location made getting about very easy. Will definitely stay there again." - Anonymous
"I'll be very honest here. Location wise, not too bad. Its walking distance to little india (and the MRT) and there are lots of restaurants and shops around. Price wise, they differ depending on the occasion. Don't expect good rates during a major convention. I've been staying in their executive rooms, so no complaints. Their normal rooms range from 120 - 140 during the low season, but u need to book early. Service wise, I'm sorry, they have a long way to go. Due to high occupancy, check in requires abit of waiting at times.. and don't expect much from them. As in most service establishments in Singapore, if they have time, they might just spend a little more time to explain things clearer to you. If they're busy, everyone talks like a robot. Overall, if you are a suker for good attentive service u get in the likes of Ritz Carlton and the 4 Seasons hotel, forget this place. If all u need is a clean room and a place to stay. Its not too bad. " - Anonymous
"Nice hotel with a good location within walking distance to Bugis Junction and other attractions. Hotel feels as if short handed of staff and front desk receptionist doesn't do much to assist when asked about Singapore's attractions. It seems that their knowledge of Singapore is quite limited.
The rooms are quite nice with an added flavor of nostalgia of being transported back to the 1960's era. The only issue I had with the room was with the water pressure which was extremely dismal to the point that I had to go out to a salon to get my hair washed. Despite issues, would recommend hotel to people who love "the good old days" style of hotel ambience. " - Anonymous
