Two-bedroom apartments are split-level. Top level with polished floor boards, granite kitchen bench tops throughout, balcony overlooking St Kilda and the third bathroom.
The lower level has the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus kitchen (microwave, stove, dishwasher, etc). The first bathroom has shower over spa bath, washing machine, dryer and hairdryer.
Queen bed in main bedroom and 2 single beds in 2nd bedroom.

"In our oppinion what you pay for is the location.
It is in the quiet part of Acland street but still close to the action in Fitzroy St and Acland St.
There are only 500 meters to the beach.
