"Good location, reasonable price. however, room service is very disappointed when i expected it's a four or five star hotel. staff did not replace the towels that placed in the bathtub. they just hanged it back on the rack, i thought it was fresh one. when i unfold it, they were wet and have blood mark on it. unacceptable!!!" - yinshun zhong
