"nice room,great location but also with some problems.i had a cockroach in my room but i saw it only once.the bathtub leaked.checkout took 30 minutes.these were the bad moments,but i paid 91$ for two nights,so i can live with that.good thing is that we got a 50% discount at the baiyoke sky restaurant,where the food was nothing special,but they had a fantastic view." - mihkel mattisen
"Very difficult to find - taxi driver had not heard of it, and it was not on his list. He eventually found it after going to "by-oa su-ky", next door to Baiyoke Boutique.
Hotel is being progressively renovated in 70's style funk - not for those who like bland beige. Air conditioning was on 22 degrees, and was freezing and non-adjustable. Hot water pressure was very low - dribbled out of the shower head. Bath was deep and superb. Breakfast buffet excellent. Staff young and eager to help." - Anonymous

"We were delighted at the very polite and welcoming reception when we arrived. The welcome drinks were refreshing. The receptionist treated us well and the service was excellent. The rooms were contemporary, very nice. Everything was in great working condition and the cleanliness is good. The entire set up was fabulous. Makes you feel 'zen'. The breakfast buffet, however, looked limited, though the food is alright. The location is excellent (in the middle of town area) though.
