"Great value for a beachfront Bangtao Bay resort. Fabulous pools, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Only potential drawback is there are no lifts, so if you are staying in the top floor of the hotel, you'll get plenty of exercise walking up and down the stairs." - Angus Wildie
"We enjoyed a lovely stay in the Garden Villa room, the daily breakfast was excellent, we enjoyed the location right on the beach and also being able to wander along the beach and go to the many little local bars and restaurants.

"Hotel room allocated was supposed to be a 'Side Seaview'. By straining your neck from the balcony you could get a water glimpse through the pine trees. A more appropriate description would be 'Pool View' room . Compared to the [other hotel] which we had just vacated, for a **** hotel this one was more expensive and just a bit tired looking, not in the same league ." - Michael Major
"Very nice hotel, located directly on the clean beach. Quiet place, excellent for families and couples. Far from the city centre, but they provide shuttle bus, motor bikes or taxi. Rooms and restaurants very clean, friendly staff." - Ilona Hen
