"I have stayed at Bridal Tea House (Tai Kok Tsui - Anchor St) for 5 nights.
The cleanliness is well above expectation. The facilities are average, but what I need is a comfy place to spend my nights and I got just that. The service is good, the cleaners and the restaurant staffs especially are very well manners.. Location is average, it's 8 streets before I reach the nearest Mongkok MTR subway, but this is offset by the competitive price.
The room and restroom is small, but for me cleanliness is utmost. This is Hong Kong anyway!
The bed is more than comfortable but might be hard to Westerners. The cleaners even clean the hallway! Hallway in each floor has a microwave and the buffet breakfast is relatively cheap.
Each room has a phone and local call is free of change. There's no laundry facilities and no safe provided in the room as of Sept 2008 . Heads up that HKD 500 check-in deposit is needed, and this is the norm around Hong Kong hotels, so don't be surprised. " - Thiam Hee Lai
"For a budget traveler this hotel is more than adequate. Service is helpful, but their English is poor. Location is close to Nathan Rd., but outside of the action. Olympic station is close. TV reception is terrible. It was almost useless having a TV. Internet too weak to be detected.

"I found the hotel staff to be very friendly and courteous. My room was relatively quiet. For convenience, meals are available in the building's restaurant. Although I wasn't able to connect with the available broadband internet service, likely due to incompatability issues with my laptop, this is a useful service to have. Again, for my needs, this hotel's location was very convenient. " - Dave Stefiuk
