"We had an executive room, not quite sure what the executive bit was, curtains hanging off rail, room had too much furniture in it so was cramped, had room on 5th floor that only had half a window!!!! Room decor dark and depressing. Otherwise hotel lovation and service fine." - Anonymous

"Great location, but the building and decor are tired-looking and run down. The front office staff did not impress although the staff at the breakfast buffet and cleaning the rooms were lovely. The inclusive breakfast buffet was a nice touch, but still did not make the price of £82 per night worthwhile when taking everything into account. Will be looking for another hotel the next time in Manchester." - Anonymous
