"Very nice hotel.
Most of the staff were helpful but when I asked for a taxi the concierge went out and came back a couple of minutes later and said it was difficult to get a taxi. I hauled my suitcase to the main road and had a ride in no time at all.
The morning breakfast is great. The menu differs from day to day so it does not get boring. The bathrooms and bedroom are kept in tip top shape.

"My family and I have very good experience from offers made by Citrus Hotel in terms of 1)price, 2)executive lounge, 3)room space, 4)breakfast for the whole family and 5)room service. Even though rated as 3 or 4 stars in some websites, it's offers beat the 5 stars hotel. If Citrus Hotel were to maintain its offers or to be as generous as it can afford to be, I think, it can become the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur for local as well as foreign visitors.
