"Room was very small but acceptable for the price. Tea-making facilities provided but couldn't fill up the jug in the sink as the jug wouldn't fit under the tap - had to use a glass to fill up the jug. An iron in the room would have been beneficial.

"This hotel has an excellent location close to Sky City and Queen Street. However, the rooms are very small and stuffy. There is no aircon and even opening the windows did nothing to bring in some fresh, cool air. The bath room is also small and very basic with the (fixed) shower head so low, I had to kneel to be able to take a shower. Nevertheless, a very economic place to stay with excellent, economic room rates." - Cor Tjalsma
