"Hotel location is best ever, next to the Victoria Terminus ( CST ). Our room was very quiet. A neat room, but very clean. We enjoyed. Staff was helpfull and friendly. Good place to rest if you'll stay for night or two." - Anonymous

"The location of the hotel is a busy one...it is right on a main thoroughfare across from the Chhattrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) (previously known as the Victoria Terminus) train station; its low rate shows in the quality of room. I had a second-floor room looking toward the railway station, and boy, was it loud...the constant honking of cars, rickshaws, motorcycles, and mopeds was blocked out by the loud air conditioner. The room itself was very spartan and in need of renovations: the walls were bubbling and peeling in spots, the bathroom sink shelf was dangling and I wasn't sure the door lock was up to the task of keeping my things safe while I was out of the room. I had a confirmation for my reservation, but they didn't seem to have it...maybe why I got the room I did. I wouldn't stay here again and would pay more money to stay in a better room elsewhere...even though they did throw in a half-roll of toilet paper for free. Hope this helps." - Anonymous
