"The hotel has been in operation for just three months as expected from new hotels, the services and cleanliness were excellent. The only draw back was the lack of lift service to our floor, we had to go through a maize of corridors and stairs before reaching our room. In the end we found it better to go up the steps. Luton to Cleveland Square: The journey takes about 70 minutes. From Luton Airport Parkway Rail Station take the train/First Capital Connect/towards Brighton Rail Station. Take the circle line towards King's Cross St. Pancras and get off the tube at Bayswater Station.

Stansted to Cleveland Square: The journey takes about 1:25 hours. Take a train from the Stansted Airport Rail Station towards Liverpool Street. Take the central Line/Tube/towards Lancaster Gate.
