"Very clean, newly redecorated with all amenities one needs in every room. Nice breakfast. They had an espresso/coffee machine with free coffee all hours of the day. Great location within walking distance of Victoria Station and right beside Victoria Coach station. Will definitely stay there again on my next visit to London!" - Karen Erath
"The breakfast buffet was disappointing and basic with no fresh , or even tinned , fruit. It was also cleared away at 9.30 on the dot (sliced bread going into drawers under the work surface - obviously for the next day even though the packets were open) which meant we could not replenish our drinks having arrived just before 9.30 I was surprised that this sort of buffet merits three stars .

"This hotel was very clean and comfortable, at a good affordable price. The staff friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast really surprised me with lots of choices. Complementary coffee from a machine at all times. Very impressed.
