"As there was no ramp to take luggage up towards the lift I felt there could have been more service with helping of suitcases. Even though there is only about four steps to go up when you are elderly or handicapped and struggling with heavy luggage it would have been appreciated if there could have been a little more service in this area. Apart from that it is an excellent hotel - a little tired looking but I definitely would return. The reception staff were excelent. The location was perfect.
