"The location of this motel means just one thing - NOISE. It's not only right beside a major highway but on a hill which means truck brakes are constantly waking you up.
On our first night there was a power blackout, the cause of which was outside the control of the proprietors, but there were no emergency generators so we sat in the dark for several hours. As none of the staff saw fit to come around to guests to appraise them of the situation and the likely period of power loss, I eventually went to reception to find out what was going on.
