"Good location. Very small room, even by European standards. Bathroom was large, but old tile and falling apart.
Didn't like that they had no key cards, and keys were to be left with the front desk. They just handed out keys to anyone who came and asked for them.
I'd probably try to avoid it in the future, but it wasn't horrible if you're looking for good price in a good location." - David White

"Would have given 'service' a 'good' rather than average rating , as the receptionists were particularly efficient and welcoming. But I had difficulty making my requests (in English) at breakfast understood by the person in charge. Also 2 (the main 2, in my view)out of the 4 or so English Language channels on the TV were not working, so I couldn't access local news (like weather and travel updates, for instance, before heading out for the day). The location of this hotel is a major plus point being practically round the corner from Tottenham Court Road station." - Anonymous
