"It is a lovely hotel in very nice surroundings.
It should be stated more clearly that the hotel guest has to pay extra for using the beach facilities across the street. Even though the hotel pool facilities are excellent.

An imposing neo-renaissance building, built in 1910 and completely refurbished in 1995, it offers a modern and efficient structure while preserving the atmosphere of the Riviera of the beginning of the century.
Located in an historical area and a long established seaside resort
in the Ligurian Riviera, is situated 20 km far from Genoa and the maritime terminals, 18 km from Genoa’s Cristoforo Colombo airport and 1 km from the A10 motorway.
The Grand Hotel is located right on the sea front, in a suggestive and panoramic position, surrounded by century-old palm trees, with direct access to the tourist marina and the botanical garden.
