"Generally all is good about this place. I initially booked and was confirmed for 3 nights over the net. A few days after my booking the hotel phoned me to say they couldn't do the third night. When I arrived, I found that I could have a double room for the last night so I took that, at added charge. When it came to changeover the hotel advised me I was staying in my single room. you work that out.
I did choose this hotel because it advertised wifi, but apparently they were having problems with their ISP so that didn't exist. That was very inconvenient for me because net cafe's are few and far between in Amsterdam and I didn't find one that allowed you to plug your computer in.
I had a single room, the bed was comfortable although the TV was in a position that made it hard to watch, not that I watched much. The usual steep stairs to the top floor." - William Bullock
