"The Rio is incredibly centrally located (steps from the Duomo, the Galleria, and La Scala) and for the price we paid (98 Euros) it is a true find. The hotel was in the process of going through a renovation which made the hallways (very narrow hallways) look a bit like a war zone, but the room was clean and well equipped with flat screen, phone, safe. The bathroom was huge and clean. Our room faced the Via Manzzini, which made it somewhat noisy at night. Overall a great deal for short visits and visitors who want to be in the center of it all." - Markus Dobler

"Floor is dusty. 1 side of shower door is missing resulting in wet bathroom after shower. Emergency staircase is partially blocked with cupboards, laundry, etc. Unsafe. Maybe floor is thin resulting in loud noises from people dropping luggage upstairs, footsteps, etc. " - Anonymous
