"What an absolute gem of a hotel. The rooms are really rather small (or at least the two I stayed in on my inward bound and outward bound stay in Christchurch), but because of the design, they are spacious enough.
Everything is very high spec, the staff are very friendly and eager to please (for example, they needed to put me into a single rather than a double as I had booked, but gave me a discount on the price of the single room and 3 free drinks!), and the bar/restaurant attached to the hotel serves fantastic food.
And all that for barely more than the price of a hostel. Would definitely recommend." - Sally McGuire
