"The Hotel is a business hotel in which they have ice water and ice provided on each floor. Laundry and drying is available at basement at about 300yen per wash. parking of car is chargable. Hotel staff is ok, knowledge using english could be improve.

"I was very happy with Hotel The Lutheran Osaka. The rooms were spacious and the facilities were excellent, especially for the price we paid.
Most of the staff spoke enough English to help us when we needed directions or assistance.

"We have no complaints about cleanliness the rooms were spotless.
The only downfull is that no one hardly spoke english, the tv was only japanese and there was no pool.
The location was excellent right next to subway and considering the price I have no complaints although the room was small, but that is the same in many hotels throughout Japan.
