"This is a very big hotel, despite this the doorstaff are always friendly and helpful, even if the desk staff are not.
The Breakfast is pleniful if not gourmet and the service staff are attentive. Did not eat in for lunch or dinner, but the choices of restaurants are many.
On value for money basis, this hotel is very good value. Short walk to skytrain, and right next to nice park.
Room appointments are adequate, if maybe in need of an update, but the towels and linen very clean and crisp.
The laundry service was quick, efficient and quite reasonably priced.
